If you order before 3:00 PM on workdays, your package will be processed and shipped within two workdays. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday. You will always receive confirmation of shipment. Small orders will be packed in an envelope and there is no trackingcode for this. Our packages are sent with MyParcel (PostNL) and the trackingcode will be received via email. For orders in the Netherlands the shippingtime is two workdays, to Belgium 4 workdays, to Germany 4 to 5 workdays and for France 5 to 6 workdays. This may take a little longer, for example during holidays or busy periods.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with one or more items, it is of course possible to return them. To do this, send an email to service@loveibiza.nl with your name, order number and what you want to return. We will then try to contact you within 1 working day about what the next steps are.
